Managing Audio Recordings

Creating an Audio Recording

  1. Go to the Nudges page Nudges page

  2. Click the Audio recordings button Audio recordings button

  3. Click Record a new audio message Record new audio message

  4. Click the 🎤 button to start recording your message Record audio

  5. Replay your recording with the ▶️ button. If satisfied, click Yes, keep this recording. To re-record, click No, record again Replay or re-record

  6. Enter a name for your recording and click Save this recording. Or, click Skip adding a name to save without naming Name and save

  7. Your audio cue will appear in the My saved recordings section Saved recordings

Applying an Audio Cue to a Client Session

  1. On the Nudges page, expand the audio recording you want to use Expand audio cue

  2. Click Apply to a client session Apply to session

  3. Choose to create a new nudge flow, or add your audio cue to an online or in-person session. Click Online sessions or In-person sessions Choose session type

  4. Select the session you want to add the audio recording to Select session

  5. Click Apply changes to nudge flow Apply changes

Editing an Audio Recording

  1. Click the ... next to My saved recordings More options

  2. Click Edit audio recordings Edit recordings

  3. Click the pen icon, update the name, and click Update recording(s) to save Edit name

  4. Your changes will be reflected after saving Changes saved

Deleting an Audio Recording

  1. Click the ... next to My saved recordings More options

  2. Click Delete audio recordings Delete recordings

  3. Select the recordings you want to delete, then click Delete audio recording(s) Select and delete

  4. Your changes will be reflected after saving Changes saved
