Managing Audio Recordings
Creating an Audio Recording

Go to the Nudges page

Click the Audio recordings button

-
Click Record a new audio message

-
Click the 🎤 button to start recording your message

Replay your recording with the ▶️ button. If satisfied, click Yes, keep this recording. To re-record, click No, record again

Enter a name for your recording and click Save this recording. Or, click Skip adding a name to save without naming

-
Your audio cue will appear in the My saved recordings section

Applying an Audio Cue to a Client Session

On the Nudges page, expand the audio recording you want to use

Click Apply to a client session

Choose to create a new nudge flow, or add your audio cue to an online or in-person session. Click Online sessions or In-person sessions

Select the session you want to add the audio recording to

-
Click Apply changes to nudge flow

Editing an Audio Recording

Click the ... next to My saved recordings

-
Click Edit audio recordings

-
Click the
icon, update the name, and click Update recording(s) to save

-
Your changes will be reflected after saving

Deleting an Audio Recording
-
Click the ... next to My saved recordings

-
Click Delete audio recordings

-
Select the recordings you want to delete, then click Delete audio recording(s)

Your changes will be reflected after saving
